Does Postinor 1 Cause Delayed Periods?

I had an unprotected sex with my girl, i gave her postinor 1.5mg after 4hrs, and the next day i had another unprotected sex with her, and she took another postinor 0.75mg after 23hrs, after 4days she said she was supposed to see her period but she is not seeing it, could dis be pregnancy or delay in periods?

Yes I believe that it could be the postinor that is delaying the period as you had intercourse within a week of her expected period.
However, if you had intercourse earlier, during her ovulation or fertile time, it could be pregnancy. Please take a home pregnancy test to check.
If negative, wait for 10 days. If still no period, then she need to repeat the pregnancy test and see her doctor with the results.

Her period can get delayed due to various reasons for upto 2 weeks. This is OK if it is occasional, else she needs to check for hormone imbalances.
