Does Postinor Cause Delayed Periods?

I have been in oral contraceptives for thewhole year-I stopped for my last two cycles. I took Postinor Single dose on the 10th day of my cycle and would like/think I need to to take it again on my 13th day. Will this decrease its effectiveness? Is it likely to delay my period? Is it safe?

Thanks for the question.
I appreciate your concern regarding Postinor pill.
You haven't mentioned whether yo took Postinor after an unprotected sex.
Anyway,Postinor is a single pill solution: only 1 pill, and you can easily avoid abortion.
There is 1 pill in the pack. You have to take the Postinor pill within 72 hours of having unprotected sex.
For 2 tablets version of Postinor: take the second tablet exactly after 12 hours after the first.
It may delay your period by up to one week after you normally expect it.
It is safe.
