General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Of course, Premarin should be used in the minimum possible dose and for minimum possible time. If you are trying to go off the pill, it sounds good. Definitely, use of Premarin may cause vision loss or changes in visual acuity, but sudden changes in the vision do not look like due to Premarin. Get your vision tested, as you may be having change in your glass no. also.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
