Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hello doctor, Iam 23 and height 5.1 and weight is around 45 kg ... my last period is Jan 11 2017 and it extends upto jan 15 th 2017 As of now, I dont get periods till now.. One of the doctor suggest Primolut - N dosage of 4 per day to get the periods Is it possible to help me to get the periods now
But before you take that, make sure you have not convinced by taking a urine pregnancy test.
If the urine pregnancy test is negative, then take the medication as prescribed for 5 days. After you stop the medication, you should get periods by 5 to 7 days. If you still do not get periods by 10 days or there is only scanty bleeding or just spotting, you need to be evaluated clunically for amenorrhea. Kindly consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
General & Family Physician

Does Primolut N Help In Inducing Periods?
