Does Primolut N Prevent Ovulation?
Hi Doc, I had my first day period on 26th Sep. My doctor advised me to take Primolut N and I stopped taking it on 9th Oct. I then have my period from 13th Oct until now. Will I ovulate after 12-14 days? Can primolut prevent from ovulation while taking it? We are actually trying to get pregnant. Thanks, IAL

Primolut N contain progesterone.
Primolut N will help to induce/delay and regulate your menses
It will not prevent ovulation.
It promote the growth of endometrium and make the uterine environment for the favorable for the conception.
So do not worry.
It will not affect the ovulation and it will occur 12th to 14th day after the first period date.
Take healthy diet, avoid stress, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise.
