helloo doctor i m 30 yrs old .m i cn married b4 one yr ago.my sperm counting is 4.3 million / ml before 1 month ago and motality is 2/3 %. also i m non drinker and non smoker .doctor suggest me Q Gold tablet.is it possible to give after tablet my sperm counting are increase

No medicines has been proved to increase sperm count. You can try carnitine, co q, vitamin E, vitamin C, lipoic acid and other such preparations for a month and get your semen checked. If improvement is there, you can continue with them.
