Hi & Welcome.
Qsymia does not cause any harmful effects when taken with these medications.
Qsymia (Phentermine and Topiramate) is sometimes used along with diet & exercise to treat obesity that may be related to diabetes,
high cholesterol, or
high blood pressure.
When taken along with the mentioned medications it does not cause any harmful interactions, hence can be taken under the supervision of your doctor.
However, when taken together
Atorvastatin may reduce the anti-platelet ("blood thinning") effects of
Clopidogrel resulting in chest pain,
shortness of breath, sudden loss of vision, or pain, redness or swelling in an extremity.
So avoid taking Atorvastatin together with Clopidogrel.
For its maximum cholesterol lowering effects, Atorvastatin should be taken in the evening or at night, whereas Clopidogrel may be taken in the morning.
Hope these answer your query.
wishing you best of your health.
