Does R-ICE Chemotherapy Result In Jaundice As Its Side Effect?

My brother has gone through 5 rounds of ICE Chemotherapy and they found another mass in his stomach so now he has started his first round of RICE Chemotherapy, he is now jaundiced and the white of his eyes are now yellow, is this a normal side effect?

RICE chemotherapy are used on the case of Lymphoma, however some cases of its side effect to cause hepatotoxicity that can lead to jaundice or yellowish skin and eye are still being researched. In this case i suspect of the lymphoma itself that could spread to the bile duct and make blockage. So its not a normal side effect of RICE chemotherapy but could be some other complication from Lymphoma.
