General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Even though RA is negative, seronegative arthritis should be considered. Breathing difficulty can occur due to anemia, pneumonia, allergies, asthma, etc. It is difficult to give a definite answer without a detailed evaluation. So please follow up with your primary provider.

Hope this answers your question
