Does Roaccutane 20mg Cause Any Side Effects?

my daughter has been taking roaccutane 20mg per day for 4months now. She is high;y active and exercises heavily for her team sports. This year since taking roaccutane she has developed shin splints. does roaccutane influence the level of pain experienced

Hi dear roaccutane is a vit A supplement..used mostly for severe acne..if its used for longer duration as in case of your daughter it will exaggerate the pain particularly if its taken with heavy exercise..so I suggest you other alternative s
1) use isotrex ointment which is mild in comparison
2)for vit A supplement use papaya,green leafy vegetables and fruits in the diet
3) mild exercise on days of severe pain
4) tab hifenac TH once a day for muscle relaxation
