Hi

Nausea, vomiting, constipation; increased thirst or urination; muscle weakness, bone pain; or confusion, lack of energy, or feeling tired can occur with shelcal tablets. You can take the tablets at night after food to reduce the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
