Does Sierrasil Joint Formula Have Adverse Effects In The Long Run?

I have been taking a product called SierraSil joint formula14 for about 4 years now. I ve always praised this as the difference between me wearing a knee brace and having total freedom without one. The odd time I do have some aches due to arthritis. I do have high blood pressure and never thought about the interference of SierraSil as I know it s clay based. What is the difference between what I m taking and instaflex. And should I be concerned after long term use. Thankyou.

Sierra Sil Joint Formula14 is generally well tolerated when used orally at the recommended dose, as claimed by the manufacturer. Some transient side-effects may include: Mild headache, changes in bowel movements, skin irritations, increased pain or swelling, changes in heart rate and/or low energy, which are considered to be symptoms of healing reactions. Since this product is still new, there is no concrete data available about its long-term effects.
