Does Spironolactone Cause Irritability And Anger?
I was recently put on Spironolactone as a diuretic to help the swelling in my legs. This one was chosen because I have naturally extremely low blood pressure and there was fear a typical diuretic would make me pass out. ( I have a history of neurocardiogenic syncope diagnosed using a tilt table). I appear to have increasing irritability and anger that is very unusual for me. Could that be related to the new prescription?
