Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 70 yo and have ankylosing spondylitis, two bad Knees, constant pain, was on oxycodone for a few years and weaned my self off them because of the constant constipation. Would this Stadol do the same thing? I took this a lot ofyeard ago and pain wise it was great.
Hi Dear sir Went through your history and your concern is genuine stadol is a narcotic analgisc with possibility of addiction, secondly the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis has been revolutionised after the introduction of biological agents I would suggest you consult a Rheumatologist for proper treatment as stadol is not recommended in ankylosing spondylitis.
