Does Suboxone Have Any Adverse Side Effects?

I recently went through detox for heroin. I was injecting 8-10 bags daily. My final day I injected 14 bags. One month sober currently and I haven t been able to get over 3 hr sleep a night. I m taking one suboxone strip 8 mg, 75 mg zoloft and 200 mg of seraquil. Suboxone doctor will not refill my seraquil anymore. Been out of seraquil for a week, so I have 3 weeks until I see physc. Been taking trazadone 100mg. Sleeping still is impossible. I have lose of appetite, body aches. I ve tried smoking oil through a vaporizer pen that had GABA, melatonin, some amino acids. Still nothing helps. I ve tried ativan and zanax and restorill separately with suboxone. Worked great. My sub. Doc won t prescribe to me. Is there a risk???? Suggestions please, I m trying not to go back to dope.
