Does Tekyurna Have Side Effects Like Lower Back Pain , Tiredness, And Bloating?

I am taking EDARBI 40 mg 2 x day. I am experiencing lower back pain , tiredness, bloating and now I have some pain in my left leg and after all this, my BP is still high 160/96. The Dr,wants me to try Tekyurna, but I see it seems to have the same side effects. Any suggestions?

tekyurna is a better option if you are having low back ache.because,edarbi can cause muscle spasm as a side effect,which will excacerbate low back ache.hope you got what you need.thank you
