Does Tizanidine Interact With Norco?

I have a question about tizanidine (muscle relaxer). My wife takes this medication at night along with Norco 10 pain reliever. She gets very dizzy to the point of falling down. Sometimes her legs just go limp like jelly and she collapses to the floor. Could this combo be causing this/ She used to take Robaxin without any problems, but since our doctor switched the meds she has been having problems like this.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, your wife's symptoms are due to the combination of Norco and Tizanidine. If Norco is unavoidable then Tizanidine should be switched to Orphenidine and Acetaminophen combinations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
