Does Topomax Affect On Plan B ?

Hi, I took plan B right after inter course ... on Saturday before sunset...I take Topomax and it s one of the medications on Plan B. I didn t know whether it would reduce or increase pregnancy . I went to a pharmacist and she said it would increase pregnancy. Then she said unless my dosage was high on Topamax then I was safe. My dosage is 600 per day..... She said I was safe then. What is your opinion on this? I also want to know how long from sat may 7th can I take the blood test?
