Does Tradjenta React With Metformin?

Please tell me if this tradjenta reacts to metformin, , glipizide, Lisinopril, simvastatin, fen fibrate, regimen aspirin, I don't feel well since I have been taking it. I have different pains in my body. I also have vitamin b-12 shots I get once a week. If you are able to tell me it may not be good for me to take I would appreciate it. I also take 2 different insulins 3 times a day.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There can be so many reasons for your body aches , Tradjenta do not have any obvious relation to the drugs already mentioned however staten ie Simvastatin can cause inflammation of muscles and body aches; specially when added to fen fibrate, this can be one reason and is not very common. Other causes like poor glycemic control or diabetes itself can cause body aches like diabetic neurpathy , but the list is non exhausting.
So I would suggest Tradjenta does not appear to be the obvious cause. So I would personally advise you see your doctor he would check for all the possible causes and the treatment then.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
