Does Tryptomer Cause Ringing Sensation In Head?

Hi , am taking triptomer from last 1month for headache. But from last few days feeling ringing sensation in head . hence not able to sleep properly and concentrate . I have visits ear doctor but they found no issue in ear . Is it a side effect of triptommer ? If yes so what can I do now ?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are wondering if Tryptomer cause ringing sensation in head which can be caused by many factors like stress , temporomandibular joint problem , wisdom tooth , cervical spondolysis and increase blood pressure. The symptoms can also occur due to side effects of certain medicine . Main cause of tinnitus is either overall increase in blood pressure or local increase in blood pressure do to blood vessel dysfunction. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like audiometry , CT scan ,MRI , low and high pitched ringing to rule out conditions like hearing loss , exposure to loud noises , earwax buildup , middle ear infection. Doctor may remove wax , prescribe antibiotics along with anti inflammatory and supplement like ginkgo biloba .Doctor may also refer you to neurologist .
