Does Tylenol Extra Strength Acetaminophen Contain Aspirin?

Does Tylenol Extra Strength Acetaminophen contain aspirin He has leukemia and they have done all kinds of tests to see what the pain is in his leg/foot area and nothing shows. If we go to an orthopedic physician and they want to do surgery of some sort, he is not a candidate for surgery. His life expectancy is 6 months
