Does Tylenol Have Adverse Side Effects?

I have generic Tylenol #4, one Manufactured by Mallinkcro the other Qulitest., my understanding to be a Genetic Substitute at least once ingredient must slightly that s why it s call a substitute! I used Tylenol manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and it made me sick! Need input

Tylenol is the trade name for acetaminophen which is a well known pain and fever reducing medications.

All medications have potential side effects that may or may not occur. In most persons, there are no side effects experienced within normal dose ranges.

When medications are made by different companies, there may be different inactive ingredients and slight differences in manufacturing techniques that may cause a varied reaction when used.

It is possible because the tylenol was made by a different company , it may have affected you slightly differently.
