Dear patient
Urinary tract infection do interfere with pregnancy and is known for causing recurrent abortion. So get yourself treated completely for uti before conceiving. You should take visit to urologist and search for the cause of recurrent uti. Also your husband's smoking do interfere with sperm quality and is responsible for low sperm count. Ask him to stop smoking as it has adverse effects on health. All the best.
