Does Ultram Cause Appetite Loss?

My son is taking Ultram 50 mg 4 times daily, as an attempt to eleviate constant, severe migraine headache pain. He feels his appetite has recently declined. How probable is it that the Ultram is causing it? He is also on Meloxicam 15 mg x 1, verapamil, lisinoprol, Mag-Oxide, and B2. But he has been on those longterm and the appetite loss is recent.

Ultram contains 'tramadol'.
Intake of this medication cound cause side effect like loss of appetite.
