I m sure your doctor must have made sure you are not pregnant and must ordered blood tests prior to prescribing Utovlan to fonde out the reason behind your absence of menstruation. Utovlan is a synthetic hormone similar to the naturally occurring female hormone Progesterone. It is usually given to induce the menstrual cycle or treat cycle irregularities. Most probably your period should return next month, but if this is not the case, you need to go back to your doctor and undergo the necessary tests to find out the cause.
