Does Utrogestan Help In Safe Pregnancy?

hello there, i have a daughter who is 18 years of age and about 7 months ago i had a miscariage and i habe been trying to conceive since then in vain i was prescribe utrogestan fo 3 months is it safe for me to take them to easily get pregnant? can it damage my womb?
