Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The most likely diagnosis is migraine. For severe attacks of headache, you can take Rizatriptan or Naproxen tablets. Vasograin should be avoided as it can cause adverse effects. In order to reduce the headaches in future, you can take Propranolol or Topiramate tablets. Proper control of BP is also advised. Amlokind should be changed to Telmisartan as Amlodipine may cause headaches as a side effect. You should also avoid the headache triggers such as exposure to sunlight, loud noise or pollution. You should eat on time and sleep well. Avoid stress and tension. If headaches continue, please get a CT scan of brain to exclude other causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sudhir Kumar
