Does Vitamax Garcinia Interact With Depakote And Cause Increase In Weight?

Hi, Will Vitamax Garcinia Cambogia interact with my current medications which are Depakote 500mg XR, once a night at bedtime and 400mg XR Seroquel at bedtime? I have gained over 40 pounds due to these meds, since two years ago, when I wiehged in at 163, now I am at right around 199 lbs. and I work out 3 -4 times a week in a gym, and not seeing much results. There are 2 aspects to your query.First part,both the drugs depakote and xr Seroquel cause weight gain.Since you are taking these drugs from a long time,the weight gain is seen.Second part, Garcinia though marketed as a weight loss drug is still not scientifically proven.Lot of research is still going on.There are very high chances that this drug was not helpful in reducing your weight.So overall,you suffered from side-effects from your main drugs.There is no interaction between Garcinia and other 2 drugs.
