Does WBC Of 13800 Indicate An Infection?

Hi, I am 30 year s old , I check my haemogram , I found my WBC is 13800 which is beyond reference range .. is this normal or some kind of infection in my body .. if any infection .. which infection may cause ..what type of care I need .. which medicine required .. or which any test need for take care .. please reply me Doctor.

if u have no symptoms of infection please repeat the fbc. if still wbc count high u may have to further investigations such as Esr ,crp, blood picture and ufr. if crp negative other investigations normal , u dont need any treatment.
