Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your symptom is not a side effect of warfarin.
Your symptoms are due to the pinching of a nerve on lying down. When you stand up, the pressure on the nerve is released and your pain is relieved. You would require to be examined by doctor and may require imaging studies of the lumbar spine.
Do get back to me if you have further queries.
I find this answer helpful
