Does Xalatan Withdrawal Causes Nose Bleeding?

I was using Xalatan for treatment of Glaucoma for past 2 years. During my last checkup 6 months ago at the Eye clinic, the doctor stop prescribing Xalatan because my eye BP and periferial eye test results were stable . Now i found my left eye heavy and left nose stuffy and bleeding after a night sleep. Is this nose bleed development due to eye BP and the stoppage of Xalatan ? Pls advise

Xalatan does not cause withdrawal nasal bleed. Consult an ENT specialist to evaluate the cause of nasal bleed.
