Understanding . As per your query you have neck pain and you are allergic to NSAIDS . Well it is very important to find out the exact cause of neck pain and correct it . Neck pain can occur due to may reasons like muscle strains , nerve compression , Injuries ,diseases, cervical spondolysis and Certain diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis . The symptoms can also occur due to medicines you mention. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis . Doctor will examine physically , ask you to do certain movements and may order CT scan . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant and may recommed specific exercises . For now do stretching exercises and start physical therapy of neck .
Hope your concern has been resolved .
