Does Zantac Help In Treating Stomach Pain In A 13 Year Old?

Friday, my 13 year old daughter had a couple slices of pizza with pepperoni, beef, pork and italian sausage. Later than night she started having stomach pains. Saturday, pain was off and on, then Sunday she started feeling worse. I gave her some maalox. she said it helped some but later that evening felt worse. She s been taking Zantac for three days now. Shouldn t it be helping by now?

Well come to HCM
Gastritis may be the cause and this can be treated with Tab Metronidazole 200 mg twice in day for four days and Tab Omeprazole 20 mg once in day with Tab Domperidone 15 mg once in day, care need to be taken in diet, hope this information helps.
