General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
This is considered to be small stone and usually it I left to be passed conservatively without invasive procedures. However,we allow some time,usually2 weeks and do ultrasound every few days to see is there progression of hydronephrosis. in case where there is progression, then this should be treated by endoscopy or litotripsy.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
