Does A Blood Clot In The Uterus Post-partum Delay The Next Conception?
If I just had a laparoscopy d&c my tubes were checked they are open, I m 35 and only have one child. Haven t been pregnant in over 13 years. I did have a c-section 7 days after they had to reopen the area to remove a hematoma. So my doctor said I had some scar tissue he removed everything looked good but my uterus was full of a blood clot he cleaned out. Could the scar tissue and or the blood clot in my uterus have been the cause of me not getting pregnant in all of these years?

Regarding your experience with inability to get pregnant following a previous history of post caesaran section following removal of blood clot and healed scar I am suggesting that you have developed post operative Endometritis
Post operative Endometritis has been largely attributed to cause infertility following caesaran section if not adequately treated
In view of this please do the following test
Blood culture
High vaginal swab
Urine culture
Transvaginal ultrasound
Hormone profile test
Meanwhile please see a gynecologist specialist with the results and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
Moreover blood clot in the uterus has not be attributed to cause infertility
