Does A Blood Clot Resemble A Stool During A Miscarriage?

I am currently miscarrying. It was a blighted ovum. Well today I had to pull out what I believe is a blood clot but it was a pretty big size and it felt firm to the touch. I was just wondering if a blood clot could be firm to the touch and also resemble a stool?
