Does A Breech Position Lead To Premature Delivery?
Hi Doctor, I just had my TIFFA scan on 31st May 2014. Single live intrauterine pregnancy in breech presentation, at 25th week. Will that lead to any premature delivary. And the EFBW: 860 grams. with Adequate amniotic fluid. Eagerly waiting for ur response.
I read your query and understand your concern Generally baby turns from breech to vertex position by end of 32 weeks as head becomes more heavy than breech So don't worry and yes breech can cause premature contractions if it does not become vertex presentation Hope that resolve your query Happy to help you
