Does A Bulge Near The Ribs Indicate Abdominal Hernia?
I have what I think is a hernia in my stomach- right on top below my ribs - when I sit up or try to a bulge comes out about the size of my fist - getting more and more pain each day when doing activities or coughing a lot - goes away when I lie flat - but pops out when I try to get up? But pain is there still when lying down? Thanks

As it pop up on coughing, so it may be hernia. Kindly consult with surgeon for detailed examination and proper diagnosis. Kindly do ultrasound abdomen after consultation. You may require surgery for that. Kindly consult to ER if having nausea vomiting severe abdominal pain.
