Does A Chest Injury Cause Anxiety And Shortness Of Breath?
When i was about 2/3 . I got a blow to the chest due to physical abuse . I coughed up a blood clot and the doctor said it was a blow to the chest. Now i suffer from anxiety and shortness of breath. Could the trouble breathing be due the blow the chest ?
Bow to the chest at very young age is unlikely to cause shortness of breath now.I recommend that you undergo chest x-ray and pulmonary function test (to assess lung function), evaluation to rule out anxiety disorder.
