please suggest does 3month old baby suffering from TB? AS he is suffering from cough since 1 and half month and now his HB is 8.45.

Who has diagnosed TB ? If it is diagnoses by specialist after investigations,he might have prescribed specific medicines. This not simple cold or simple temperature and you take some medicines and will become alright.
It should be properly diagnosed and treated.
For haemglobin problem let him decide.
