Does A Couple Having Same Blood Group Cause Birth Defect In Their Child?

Hi, please clarify me bcos i am literally confused with different people saying different things, some say same blood group of couple causes child defect and some say it doesn t, whilst some say if the blood group of the couple, one is negative and the other positive then that causes problem. So kindly clarify me as to what is true!! Thank u

no problem if blood group is same. birth defect if blood group is same is not correct but if one is Rh positive and other is negative then there may be problem of eclampsia
