Does A Delay In Period Possibly Indicate Pregnancy?
Hello ,
My age is 28 and my husband age is 29 and We are trying to conceive from last 1 yr but we are not able, then we go for the test and according to my husband reports there is no sperm seen and then we go for the testicular biopsy then we find the sperm there after this test we had sex and I missed my period usually my period always come on time. My period cycle is 28 to 30 days my last period date is 15th dec'15 now 18 Jan'16 i have already tested by kit at home but result is negative. I am attaching my all blood reports pls clarify that I can be a pregnant or my period missed cause of weakness

Delay in period could be possibly due to getting pregnant. However chances are very less because you have already undergone a pregnancy test which come negative. Only possible chance of pregnancy is Low HCG hormone in pregnancy which may have not been detected by a pregnancy kit.
As per semen analysis of your husband, patient with azoospermia (no sperm count) is normally infertile. Cause of azoospermia with normal testicular biopsy can be obstruction to of the post-testicular genital tracts. So sperms are produced but not present in semen.
You Should redo a urine pregnancy test to confirm, this time do it with first urine sample of morning. Alternatively you could do a blood pregnancy test.
Refer to a gynaecologist.
