Does A Dermatologist Treat Bruises On Stomach And Breasts?

I have bruised on my stomach and breast on the left side of my body. These bruises have been there for a couple of years and will not go away. My doctor did labs for clotting ect, all normal. My gastrologist suggested a dermatologist. I am confused, where do I go next
