Does A Dominant Follicle Suggest Positive Pregnancy?

could a dominant follicle also mean your pregnant? im negative result in urine and blood test. May first period was May 17 to May 21. Im still not getting my period.. im 28 days cycle and regular in period monthly.. i had an ectopic pregnancy last March 6 2015. serious question.

Hi,
dominant follicle in the ovary means follicle is matured but it does not mean that you are pregnant. If Sonography shows gestational sacthat means pregnancy.
