Hi, I think there can be various complications both maternal as well as fetal. The fetal complications may be miscarriages, preterm labour, low birth weight, malpositions or placental abnormalities. Maternal complications can be reduced degeneration of fibroid, placenta accreta, need of caesarean section or post parturition hemorrhage. But sometimes nothing happens and everything goes fine. So, you have to be prepared for the complications. Discuss 8n detail regarding these things with your doctor and decide. Abortion is not always advisable.
