Does A Mild Finger Injury Need Medical Attention?

Pinched my finger between a rock and brick wsll. Cut is L shaped and shallow but 3/8 -1/2 inch on each side . Bleed some but stopped now. Washed and put antibiotics and bandages on. Put on ice. Edges are a little jagged but closed well and tightly. Should I have it looked at.
