Does A Pop Mean A Fracture Or A Pulled Muscle?

I was trying to refill one of those weed killer container, because it had pressure on it, it was difficult to unscrew. I felt a pop on the right side under my breast . It hurts to bend over and a little trouble breathing. I want to know if I fulled a muscle or cracked a rib or something.

I think you should get yourself checked by an orthopedic specialist. if you can take an x-ray of chest it will help us to know better. please do not try self medication. kindly follow the physician guidelines. mean time you can do slow deep breathing exercises by keeping hand onto the area where it is painful and do little icing for pain relief.
