A few years ago i had an ultrasound on my testicles and the result was a simple cyst. it is on my left testicle, i never had it removed but now that i am getting older i am concerned that it may effect my fertility, can it? and can it affect my ability to have and maintain an errection. I am a 23 year old male. thanks

My thoughts and advise: Such a simple cyst does not cause any problems for anything including you sex life and fertility. I would advise you the following: Get an ultrasonography and color doppler examination. For fertility get your semen analysis. If everything is fine no need for any surgery. If there is a surgical problem, get operated only if required and indicated.
