Suggest Remedy For Testicular Cyst

hi i have pain in my left testical.The pain is since last 2 years.After ultrasound my urologist found cyst of 2-3 mm in left tesitcal.He advice me for surgery.Then i contact another urlogist, he said size of cyst is very smal very diffucult for surgery.so iam confuse what i have to do?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
A cyst of 2-3 mm can not be twisted and can not cause pain.
This is just an incidental finding.
Hence one should look for other causes of pain in the testicle.
This can be epididymitis, most probably.
Proper test of blood, urine and repeat ultrasonography and color doppler would give you the proper diagnosis and treatment.
There is necessity of ruling out the causes of pain like hernia, nerve pinching and so on.
