Does A Thickened Endometrium Cause Infertility?

Good morning doctor, Am 24yrs old,i did a pelvic ultrasound scan yesterday ie one day after my missed period and also HCG test that turned out to be positive. The sonographer told me that i had mild ascites and a thickened endometrium thus a possible early pregnancy. he then advised me to see my gynecologist immediately. am so scared. is this condition going to affect my chances of being pregnant? i really need to get pregnant. Kindly advise.Thank you am in remote africa..we dont have any of the paymodes available here

Your query is appreciated, it is just the query created by the sinologist which may not be the pure condition and it is nothing to worry when no clinical condition are there it could be totally nonspecific what ever being detected still better to see the gynecologist because it is the last judge hope this information helps.
